Overall responsibility for the day to day running of the food business and the kitchen’s daily operations.
Experience of cooking and preparing foods, snacks and sweet treats to a high standard of presentation.
Keep a sanitised and orderly environment in the kitchen and serving area.
Maintaining Health & Safety procedures in the kitchen
HACCP level 3 qualification and responsibility for HSE Food Safety and Hygiene Guidelines.
Maintain food storage records and ensure all food and supplies are stored properly.
Monitor and controlling stock and place stock orders as required.
Availability across 7 days a week

Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills and appreciation.
Excellent Presentation Skills
Knowledge of or willingness and ability to learn about mining industry and its history.
Ability to speak confidently to engage visitors,
Knowledge and understanding of health and safety requirements.
Flexible team player who can assist across organisation as required.
Maintenance skills are also desirable in the area relevant to the mining industry.
Availability across 7 days a week.
