• All children should be accompanied by an adult
• Tickets for this event are non-refundable
• Please Take note of your date and time slot booked as we may not be able to accommodate you on an alternative date.
• Please turn up in time for your allocated time slot as this keeps queuing to a minimum and ensures that visitors are seen within their time slot.

Please Note:

• Tours of the mine are not included in the Santa Underground event.
• Remember to bring your own camera to capture those magical moments with Santa, Mrs Claus and the Elves.
